As you can see, this is one half of a slide from a Victorian 3-D viewer. The angle is a bit different, but you can see that the building and monument had not changed much in half a century. This one also shows a warrior with a rickshaw like the one described in the previous photo. I would imagine, unless some ordinance now prevents it, that you could still get a rickshaw ride in front of the Town Hall.
