Allows you to select if the section is either an inline or block section.

Inline: Section will flow along from the previous and next sections - any image that has wrapping text will also continue to wrap with the text of other adjacent sections. This is the default setting and is typically the one required.

Block: The section is separated from adjacent sections, images with wrapping text will only interact with text from this section.

In general - this is used to ensure sections with images and small amounts of text remain as separate blocks on the page.
