Speed 5 |
Ship's Log:
Finally got some decent easterly winds which drove us northerly add day at a good clip. Psychologically good to be heading directly towards your goal knowing that you are not sacrificing speed for direction.

Speed 2 |
Ship's Log:
Wind went SW but no volume. Need more wind. No Fish and Booze is getting low. Enough stove fuel for another week.
Speed 4 |
Ship's Log:
56 Hours of fuel left so think we will make it as long as we get some wind over the next couple of days. About 307 miles SE of Bermuda. Tomorrow we enjoy last beer. Fishing is lousy so corned beef hash again for supper.
Speed 1.7 |
Ship's Log:
Still about 50 Hours of motoring time but captain wants to save much of that for getting through the reefs and into the harbour in Bermuda. Mother predicts SE10 kt winds for Sunday which should help.
Speed 3.8 |
Ship's Log:
We have been at sea for 37 days and have not seen winds in excess of 15 kts. Mostly less than 10tks. Out of beer.
